1. REVOCATION RIGHTS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1.1
The customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons and without penalty. The period for exercise of this right shall begin on the day on which the goods are delivered to the customer. Returned goods must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. The customer can return goods at their own cost. Any payment made in respect of the goods will be refunded by the supplier, minus the shipping costs.

Following the lapse of the 14-day period, the customer can no longer withdraw from the purchase contract.

Discounted and vintage items cannot be refunded. They can be exchanged for another item or for a gift card of the same value.

1.4
Archive and sample pieces are final sale and excluded from exchange or refund.

2. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

2.1
The customer should inspect the goods on delivery and report defects immediately. Latent defects can be notified to us even after use of the goods (within a reasonable period). Payments shall not constitute a waiver of the right to notify of a latent defect.

2.2
If there is a defect, the customer shall have a choice of a free repair, a refund, or a replacement.

2.3
If the customer does not notify us of a defect following receipt of goods, the customer will not be able to return goods other than in the case of latent defects.

3. SHIPPING AND TRANSFER OF RISK

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

3.2
Studio Ōsoi is not liable for loss or damage occurring after the goods have been delivered.

3.3
Delivery is deemed completed when the goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

4. PRICES AND TAXES

4.1
All prices are stated in CHF. For deliveries within Switzerland, prices include all applicable taxes. For deliveries outside Switzerland, taxes, customs duties, and other import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4.2
Studio Ōsoi reserves the right to change prices at any time.

5. AVAILABILITY

5.1
All products are subject to availability. Limited editions are available only while stocks last.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1
All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, remains the intellectual property of Studio Ōsoi and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

7.1
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
